Right now we are stocking 2 trims:
1013CDL30K ~ clear diffuse, in 3000 Kelvin |
1076WHL30K ~ white baffle, also in 3000 Kelvin |
The Kelvin temperature tells you what the LED light looks like. 2700 Kelvin is associated with incandescent lights, and we call it "warm". These at 3000 Kelvin will be just a bit "cooler", but they will still be perfectly suited for residential use. In commercial spaces we usually see true "cool" light, which is 4100 or 5000 Kelvin.
The clear diffuse trim is a lightly brushed silver that is smooth. The white baffle has ridges inside to help push the light out and reduce glare.
With either of these trim options, you will also need an LED housing:

These can be dimmed with an Electronic Low Voltage dimmer. They emit 650 lumens, which is roughly equivalent to a 65-watt incandescent reflector lamp. Lightolier offers a 5-year warranty on this product, and they are Energy Star qualified.
